Overview
Just like with properties, you can also make specific units inactive on a property. This will hide information about that unit from any reports. If you want to view the inactive unit again, you can do so. Below are several ways to view inactive units.
The Steps
View an inactive unit on an inactive property
To view an inactive unit on an inactive property, click Rentals and then click Properties.
On the Properties page, click the Filter button. Then, on the Filter Pane, use the Status field and select Inactive.
Click Close to exit the Filter Pane. You will now see all your properties that were made inactive. Click on the inactive property on which you are trying to view an inactive unit.
On the property's overview page, click the Units tab.
Click the Filter button, and then on the Filter Pane, under the Status field, choose Inactive.
Click Close to exit the Filter Pane. You will now see a list of all inactive units on that inactive property.
Click the inactive unit you want to view information about.
View an inactive unit on an active property
To view an inactive unit on an active property, click Rentals and then click Properties.
Find and click the active property on which you want to view an inactive unit.
On the property's overview page, click the Units tab.
Click the Filter button, and then on the Filter Pane, under the Status field, choose Inactive.
Click Close to exit the Filter Pane. You will now see a list of all inactive units on that inactive property.
Click the inactive unit you want to view information about.
View all inactive units at once
To view all inactive units regardless of the properties there on, click Rentals and then click Units.
Click the Filter button and on the Filter Panel, go to the Status field and select Inactive.
Click Close to exit the Filter Pane. You will now see a list of all inactive units.
